Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your order. If something isn’t right, contact us at contact@emperorsupplyco.com and we’ll help.

Returns

You may request a return of an eligible item within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify, the item must be unworn and unused, with any original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To start a return, email contact@emperorsupplyco.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. Please wait for approval before sending anything back. We cannot accept returns sent without a return request.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Approved returns should be sent to:

Grooming Products and Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons, grooming and personal care products—including pomade, matte clay, beard oil, and fragrance—are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Sale items, gift cards, and personalized items are also final sale.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us so we can review the issue and make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email contact@emperorsupplyco.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and let you know the next steps.

Exchanges

To exchange an eligible item, request a return first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the item you want.

Refunds

We’ll email you after we receive and inspect your return to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, email contact@emperorsupplyco.com.
